Guided by experienced ceremony leaders, we will enter the sacred lodge, surrendering to the healing power of the steam and the wisdom of the elements. Together, we will release what no longer serves us and invite in new beginnings.

Sweat Lodge will start at around midnight when we enter the womb of the earth. The Sweat Lodge will run for about 4hrs. We will come out just before sunrise and share some food to charge up our energies to receive the blessings of the Sun.
