Dear Relatives,
We are thrilled and honored to host respected and renowned Medicine people such as Grandfather Teotlamakazke Ehekamitl & Grandmother Martha Pico and their their inspiring “New Fire” prophecy. Join us on Sunday, July 14th, at 10am to ignite the fire and commence the transformative Temazcal Ceremony. We will enter the Sweat around 11:30 am and continue until 4pm.
Afterward, we will rest and share a meal before starting the enchanting Cacao ceremony at 6pm, which will last until 10pm. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to share these two powerful medicines with you.
The Sweat Lodge ceremony, an ancient tradition embraced by many cultures, offers a profound communion between fire, water, and willpower. It is a place of remembrance and rebirth, a powerful cleansing and purification ritual that reconnects us to our ancestors and the very essence of life.
Sacred Cacao, revered by the Mayas and other cultures of the American continent, is known as "The Food for the Shift." According to Indigenous myth, cacao emerges from the rainforest to open hearts and restore harmony whenever the balance between humans and nature is threatened. Ceremonial grade cacao is a potent and often overlooked teacher, offering a deeply spiritual connection. For those with a profound love for chocolate, this experience unveils a magical and transformative partnership.
Important Note: Many antidepressants do not mix with the tryptophan and MAO (Monoamine Oxidase) Inhibitors in cacao. Please verify your medication compatibility to avoid severe migraines.
SUNDAY: One Sweat Lodge and Cacao Ceremony: £150

THE TOLTECS
Much has been written about the Toltecs and in truth little is known about them. They say that the Toltecs were “a people” or “a culture”, but the truth is that the Toltecs were a lineage of knowledge holders of the ancestral wisdom of the Cem Anahuac, the name given to the world of the Nahuas/Mexicas (the indigenous people of Mexico). Toltec was a degree of knowledge of the Toltecayotl. What was the Totecayotl? It was the art of living in balance, the philosophical thought that gave meaning to existence.
For the natives, Toltecayotl represented the pinnacle of their worldview. Symbolically, the Toltec is the artist among artists, the one who makes one's own faces and true heart emerge, the one who illuminates like a smoking torch - the teacher among teachers.
There existed in the Cem Anahuac a group of Toltecs from all towns and cultures. These men and women of knowledge studied and practiced the knowledge of the Toltecayotl. The irradiation center of Toltecayotl was Tenotihuacan, the place where human beings achieved divinity.
For the Toltecayotl, the human being is metaphorically divided into four parts starting from its center. From the navel to the head it symbolizes heaven and the spirit; it is represented with the quetzal, the most beautiful bird that flies in the heights desired by human beings.
