We are excited to announce our first water fasting retreat, hosted at Berkeley Farm, where participants will reconnect with nature while embracing this ancient practice of health and balance. This limited retreat will provide a unique opportunity for introspection, emotional cleansing, and spiritual growth.
Why Fasting and Water Matter:
Water fasting is an ancient tradition that promotes physical and emotional wellbeing. It helps reset the body by eliminating toxins, improving kidney function, enhancing nutrient absorption, and supporting healthier skin, muscles, and joints14. Fasting also offers profound emotional benefits, fostering clarity, motivation, and balance in life23. This retreat integrates these benefits into a holistic approach to health and spiritual development.
Retreat Highlights:
Sweat Lodges: Purification ceremonies to begin and end the fast.
Sacred Planting Rituals: Grounding participants in nature.
Supportive Community: Volunteers and supporters will honor participants through food ceremonies, songs around the fire, and shared moments of connection.
Cacao Ceremony & Cosmic Drums: Cleansing emotions and opening consciousness.
Participants will fast for three days, supported by a community that eats and drinks on their behalf as a symbolic offering of strength. The retreat culminates with nourishing food and water ceremonies to celebrate life and nature.
Contribution Details:
Participants: £170 (includes overnight circle).
Supporters: £70 (extra £100 for overnight circle participation).
This retreat is part of our vision to integrate fasting into our business plan as a regular offering, promoting wellbeing while strengthening our community ties.
